We will accept bookings based on part weeks and for these
the rate will be calculated pro-rata. For example, the price
for a 9 night stay in Low season will be £636 ($1,240).
Minimum stay is 3 nights in low/mid seasons and 7 nights
in high/peak seasons.
There are no hidden extras in the above prices. There are
only two items for which an additional charge will be applicable
(if required). These are:
Pool heat – during the winter
months you may want to heat the pool and spa (recommended
for the period October to March). If you require pool
heat this is available at a charge of £12 ($25)
per day (per week charge £72 / $150).
A cleaning charge of £45 ($85) will
apply for stays of 5 nights or less.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking is easy and can be completed in 5 simple
steps:
We will send you confirmation
of the rate for your stay and a short booking form
for you to complete and return. We will also send
you our full Booking Conditions and will reserve your
dates for 7 days.
STEP 3
Return the booking form with your
15% deposit to secure the booking (or full amount
if the booking is within 10 weeks of your arrival
date).
STEP 4
Send the remaining balance 10
weeks before your arrival date. A security bond* will
also be required with the final payment.
STEP 5
After full payment we will send
out your Guest Information Pack which will include
a map with driving directions from your arrival airport
and details for entry into the community and the home
– you drive direct to the villa and have no
key pick-up point to find.
* a refundable security bond of £150 ($250) is required
with the final payment. This will be refunded within 3
weeks of your departure date, subject to satisfactory
checks on the villa by our property management company.
Payment methods
