Palm Court Retreat
has not only been built to a high specification but we have
also added $25,000 of builder’s upgrades. These include
an extended fully screened decking area around the private
swimming pool and spa, ceramic tile flooring throughout
the open plan living areas, upgraded kitchen cabinets and
luxury kitchen/bathroom fixtures and tiles.
We also know that the design, structure and layout of the
property in itself are not the only things that matter.
That is why we have also furnished our villa to a very high
standard with items chosen outside the range of the usual
furniture packages. We have also provided good quality housewares
so, for example, the kitchen is more fully equipped than
in many rental homes and we have not compromised on the
things that really matter like towels, bed linens and pillows
which will ensure your added comfort during your stay.

Family Living Room
The family room is just the place to relax and unwind.
There is plenty of comfortable seating with two seater
and three seater sofas and a chair. There is also enough
room to pull up some extra chairs from the ’resting
place’ if needed. There are two large end tables
with lamps if you want to turn the lights down low and
a large cocktail table if you want to bring over refreshments
whilst watching TV or listening to music. The beautiful
entertainment unit is a real feature and has a 37”
Sony Bravia flat screen HDTV. There is access to Cable
TV with over 200 channels to choose from so you’re
sure to find your favourite but there’s also a
selection of DVDs just in case! If you’re on vacation
from the UK or Ireland then you might want to catch
up with the live English Premiership football which
is broadcast by the ‘Fox Soccer’ channel.
And for our guests from the USA there are plenty of
sports channels broadcasting live baseball, football,
basketball and ice hockey. Note that the 3 seater sofa
is also a ‘queen sleeper’ if required (all
bed linens are provided). Two ceiling fans are also
fitted in the family room for your added comfort.
Lanai
Sliding doors from the family room lead onto a large covered
lanai which looks out onto the pool deck. This is like an
extra room and provides perfect shade during the day if you
want to be outside but escape the sun’s hot rays. The
lanai is also a lovely setting for breakfast and it really
comes into its own in the evenings when you can sit out with
your family and friends and just relax and enjoy a cool drink
or a glass of wine. To keep you comfortable on those hot summer
nights we have also added a ceiling fan and the lanai has
electric light too.
Swimming Pool &
Spa
After a long day in
the theme parks or a day shopping at one of the many
designer malls you will look forward to returning to
your own home to relax in style around the pool or watch
the children play while you relax in the spa or enjoy
a drink in the lanai. The swimming pool and spa can
be illuminated at night as both have built in lights.
Pool heating is also available when needed (recommended
between October to March). There is a varied selection
of luxury custom built deck furniture which you can
use in the lanai or on the pool deck, whatever your
preference. This includes a large table, 4 chairs, 2
sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with footstools and
2 small drinks tables. We have also provided pool towels
so you don’t have to weigh yourself down with
extra baggage when you travel.
Kitchen and Breakfast Bar
The kitchen area is large with plenty of cupboards and work
surfaces. There is every appliance you might need including
a large fridge and freezer with an ice maker – perfect
for chilling those long cool drinks! There is also an electric
hob and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen is
very well equipped with small electrical appliances including
kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, can opener and even
a waffle maker! There are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and
glasses including plastic glasses and plates for use in the
lanai and patio areas. And we haven’t forgotten the
bottle opener and corkscrew for those cool bottles of beer
or wine! And once you’ve decided who’s going to
be in charge of the kitchen those of you that have escaped
that chore can keep an eye on things by relaxing on the high
stools at the breakfast bar, perhaps having the first opportunity
to sample the cooking! Or you can relax here and have a cool
drink or a coffee perhaps?
Kitchen
nook
This is a very spacious informal dining area with a
lovely bay window which looks out onto the front garden.
There is a large round table and four comfortable chairs.
A great place for breakfast. Or maybe even pizza later
in the day if you decide to bring back a take out. Or
just use the telephone to call free of charge to order
a delivery from one of the many local restaurants.
Dining room
This is a beautiful area just perfect for those more formal
dining occasions. Maybe it’s Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Or you might just be celebrating a Birthday or an Anniversary
and want to do something special. If so, then this is the
spot to do it. The lovely dining room table is set for 6 but
will comfortably seat 8 when required – just grab 2
extra chairs from the kitchen nook! And extra place mats and
napkins are available in the kitchen.
Master Bedroom Suite
1
This is a beautiful master suite
with lots of natural light and, being located at the rear
of the villa, overlooks the pool deck and has direct access
onto the lanai. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and spacious
with a King size bed, two nightstands with beautiful lamps
and a dresser with a large mirror and plenty of drawer space.
Added luxuries include a 26” flat screen TV with a built-in
DVD player, a clock radio, a cordless telephone and a ceiling
fan for added comfort. There is no shortage of storage space
with two large walk in closets, perfect for keeping all those
extra bargain items you have brought from the shopping malls!
The en-suite bathroom is really
luxurious and spacious and comes complete with his and hers
washbasins with vanity mirrors, a large bathtub, a huge walk
in shower and a separate toilet. For your added convenience
there are also built in cabinets and a hairdryer
Master Bedroom Suite 2
The second master suite is a lovely room and is beautifully
furnished with a Queen bed, a nightstand and lamp and
a 5 drawer chest. There is also a spacious built-in
closet with double folding doors. Added luxuries include
a 19” flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player,
a clock radio and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The
en-suite bathroom is spacious and comes complete with
a bathtub and shower, washbasin with vanity mirror and
a separate toilet. For your added convenience there
is also a built in cabinet and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
This is a spacious bedroom with twin beds, nightstand with
lamp and a 5 drawer chest. Extra storage is provided by a
built-in closet with double folding doors. Added luxuries
include a 19” flat screen TV, a clock radio and a ceiling
fan for added comfort. This room is at the rear of the villa,
overlooks the pool deck and has direct access to the lanai.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom has twin beds and a nightstand with lamp.
Extra storage is provided by a built-in closet with
double folding doors. Added luxuries include a wall
mounted 19” flat screen TV, a clock radio and
a ceiling fan for added comfort.
Bathroom

The 3rd bathroom is ideally located between bedrooms
3 and 4. The bathroom comes complete with bathtub
and shower, washbasin with vanity mirror and a toilet.
For your added convenience there is also a built in
cabinet and a hairdryer.
